Network Services Sales Administrator

The Role
The role of Sales Administrator is a new position which has been created within our busy network services team and has three primary functions.

  • Analysis of mobile and landline phone bills to assist the Sales team with new business opportunities.
  • To maintain and update all departmental documentation, sales books and billing reports, in paper and digital formats.
  • To work within the Network Services team on the production of monthly client bills. 

The role, therefore, requires someone who is highly administrative and has the skills to interact and effectively communicate with customers, suppliers and colleagues alike. (It is also vitally important that you have the ability to and enjoy identifying and analysing information relevant to specific requirements.) There is also a significant requirement for a high level of numeracy and literacy skills.

The Person
We are looking for a professional, well organised individual to join our Network Services team.  You must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience working in a busy office environment
  • Previous experience in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
  • High analytical skills and ability to perform to a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to identify and investigate anomalies to point of resolution
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on an individual basis
  • Ability to multi task, work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Ability to deal effectively and efficiently with all types of inbound telephone call enquiries
  • Self motivated and reliable, honest and punctual
  • Adaptable and confident with a positive outlook

The follow characteristics & experience would also be desirable:

  • Experience of Telecoms billing software and/or billing processes
  • Database use
  • Experience of working in the Telecoms or Mobile environment

Sales Executive-Telecommunications B2B

Uncapped commission + travel allowance
OTE -circa £45,000 pa

The Role
The role of Sales Executive is generating new business prospects and developing the skills to convert these opportunities into sales from our extensive portfolio.  The role therefore requires someone with the skills to prospect effectively both via the telephone and in the field. It is vitally important that you have the ability to learn and comprehend the technical concepts of a broad range of products and services. There is a significant requirement for a high level of verbal and written communication skills.

The Person
We are looking for dynamic, ambitious individuals to join our Sales team.  You must be able to demonstrate the following characteristics and experiences:

  • Proven track record of prospecting for new business customers on the telephone and ideally in the field
  • Previous experience within a sales role such as FMCG is an advantage.
  • Experience of a CRM data base system would be a benefit

Telecoms Field Technicians

Experience in installing, commissioning and programming Samsung/Siemens and/or Telrad telephone systems is essential, with networking/IP skills an advantage. Self-motivated individuals with strong organisational and communication skills are required.  Greater London based, with good package and car allowance.
