At Corporate ICT we have always aspired to provide high standards and quality service. To help us reach this goal we set out to achieve accreditations with all of our preferred supplier, most notably Samsung, for whom we are a Platinum Dealer.
This longstanding relationship has brought Corporate to a point where we are the largest Samsung partner in the South of England and the second largest in the UK. We have more top-level engineers than any other UK Samsung Platinum reseller. This includes five engineers who are qualified to Samsung Certified Network Engineer (SCNE) status, which is the highest of four levels.
In order to qualify for this accreditation, each engineer had to attend numerous product and theory-based engineering courses and then pass a series of gruelling examinations. Particular focus is placed upon the networking and convergence of Samsung telephony solutions within an organisation’s overall IT infrastructure. This ensures that whatever the solution, from a basic voice application through to CTI or VoIP applications, you can be assured that that these will be implemented with the highest level of efficiency and expertise.
In addition, we are one of Telrad’s largest maintainers located within the M25, as well as being a Siemens Plus Partner and an Oak Authorised Reseller.
This means each manufacturer has checked us and then accredited us in all of the following areas:
- Engineering and sales training
- Maintenance ability and response
- In-house support for customers and engineers
- Maintenance spares stock holding
- In-house project management facilities
- Customer project training
- Demonstration facilities
- Procedures for service and stock
