The technical team provides you with full support from pre-sale to post sale management and are divided into four areas of expertise.

Project Management

A dedicated team with combined experience of over 20 years. As a customer, you will be allocated a Project Manager as a single point of contact to manage the delivery of the products/services purchased.

The project team will:

  • Liase with network providers to order required network services.
  • Liase with customers 3rd party contractors i.e. when moving premises
  • Co-ordinate with customer and all associated regarding suitable installation/roll out dates
  • Arrange pre-installation meetings with the customer, sales consultant and installation engineer to discuss and agree project implementation
  • Organisation of onsite training
  • Plot and monitor your project using comprehensive software

Installation/Additional Work Engineers

A professional team of engineers with extensive knowledge of and provide the following:

  • Cabling Infrastructure – CW1308, Cat5e/6
  • Product Knowledge – Endorsed by Manufacturer Accreditation – Siemens, Telrad and Samsung
  • Programming and commissioning skills adopted from best working practices within the industry
  • Local area and wide area networking
  • Converged products including Voice Over IP, Computer Telephony integration and Wifi deployment within the product range
  • Strong communication skills, individuals skilled at assisting you as the customer to understand the technologies involved
  • Pre-installation and survey collation
  • Technical enquiry support for customers

Maintenance Engineers

(Maintenance contracts)

  • A professional team fully equipped covering the UK and able to deal with any fault of any size. Backed by call handling software and an investment of thousands of pounds worth of maintenance stock and test equipment, we are able to deal with any fault quickly and efficiently by telephony, remote access or by a site visit.

IT Consultancy/Installation /Maintenance Support

Corporate ICT’s system engineers possess an in-depth knowledge of all IT platforms and technologies. Trained to industry standards or equivalent, they are able to assist customers with all aspects of hardware and software applications.
