Installation Services
Our technical team will provide you with full support from pre-sale to post sale management. We offer a fully project-managed installation service, to ensure that the minimum amount of effort is required on your part, and the minimum amount of disruption is caused to your business.
We have a dedicated team of installation engineers, with combined experience of more than 20 years. A Project Manager is allocated to every installation, to act as a single point of contact to manage the delivery of the products and/or services you have selected. Our project team will take full responsibility for:
- Managing all of the liaison with network providers such as BT and Cable & Wireless, to order required network services
- Liaison with any third party contractors – for example if you are moving premises
- All co-ordination and scheduling of suitable installation and roll out dates
- Arranging pre-installation meetings with you, your sales contact and our installation engineer to discuss and agree project implementation
- Organisation of on-site training
- Complete project management using our comprehensive software
Technical knowledge
Our installation engineers have an extensive range of experience, which includes:
- Product knowledge endorsed by manufacturer accreditation from Samsung, Siemens, Telrad and Oak.
- Cabling infrastructure skills including CW1308 and Cat5e/6
- Programming and commissioning skills adopted from best working practices within the industry
- Local area and wide area networking expertise
- Experience with converged products and services including Voice over IP, Computer Telephony Integration and Wifi deployment
In addition, we also ensure that our engineers have strong communication skills so that they can assist you in understanding the technologies involved.
