Many organisations simply do not want the stress and hassle of managing their own telecoms infrastructure, and are instead taking advantage of the more recently-available hosted solutions in the marketplace.

In line with customer demand, we have developed our own Hosted Communications offering, which is based upon a sophisticated Mitel IP telephony switch located in a secure data centre in London’s Docklands. With this in place, we are able to offer you a complete and fully-featured telephony solution which is ideal for all business types and sizes, but especially those organisations which have multiple sites and/or home workers.

This hosted solution delivers a totally flexible telecoms service, using Mitel IP handsets which users can simply log into at any location, to make and receive calls using their own office DDI wherever they are. And once logged in, they will also have access to all of their own address books and preferences, exactly as if they were working at their main office desk.

Combined with our other Network Services, this delivers a combined easy-to-manage solution from a single provider, available via a simple a cost effective per user, per month fee. And because it’s a hosted service, you also have the flexibility to increase, or decrease, users whenever you need to.
