How does it all work?
Most companies will use BT for their lines and an alternative telecom company to route their call traffic through. Corporate specialise in saving companies money on all of their outgoing call traffic including Local, National, International and mobile calls.
What does it cost?
You will still pay BT for your line rental but all the calls will be billed by Corporate Business Telecom. There is “no cost” to set this service up! Corporate are also able to offer Line rental to BT Customers including Analogue, ISDN2, ISDN30 and BT Highway.
What will my bill look like?
You can choose the type of bill and reports you receive. Corporate use an advance billing system allowing you to have any of the following bill formats: Paper, CD, email, web based e-billing. Corporate have designed these reports/bills to be simple and easy to understand.
How long does it take?
Corporate can start to save you money within 10 working days of your agreement. You will be able to view information via our website and/or receive a monthly statement itemising all call costs.
What do I need to do to save money of my outgoing calls?
Corporate will need a copy of your BT/suppliers bill (all pages) to confirm the actual cost saving to you. You can send your BT bill to Corporate for analysis or fax it to:0844 499 0575 or make an appointment for one of our Least Cost Routing specialist to visit you.
