You will receive one monthly bill from Corporate ICT for your ISDN and PSTN line rentals, call charges, broadband and mobile phone expenses. When you need new services or when issues arise with your current service, you have one point of contact – Corporate ICT. How does it all work?

Corporate are able offer our line rentals all customers. Corporate can simply take over your line rental from BT without having to change your number. There is no disruption to your services and transfers normally take 10 working days. No more calling BT! If you have any problems call Corporate on 08000 68 68 01

What does it cost?

Corporate are able to offer a discount on Analogue. ISDN2, ISDN30 and BT Highway with up to 10% off your BT line rentals. To get a quotation for line rental click on linerentals@corporategroup.co.uk

Note: Line rental is a minimum period of 12 months

What will my bill look like?

Unlike BT Corporate make our bills simple and easy to understand. Each item will be itemised from the line rental to any network services you have i.e. Calling line Identification (CLI). You can choose the type of bill and reports you receive. Corporate use an advance billing system allowing you to have any of the following bill formats: Paper, CD, email, web based e-billing.

How long does it take?

Corporate can start to save you money on your BT line rentals within 10 working days of your agreement. You will be able to view information via our website and/or receive a monthly statement itemising all call costs.

What do I need to do to save money of my outgoing calls?

Corporate will need a copy of your BT/suppliers bill (all pages) to confirm the actual cost saving to you. You can send your BT bill to Corporate for analysis or fax it to:0844 499 0575 or make an appointment for one of our Least Cost Routing specialist to visit you.
