SnapMail Overview

Snapmail is the affordable introductory voicemail product offering and is for the user who requires less features than those offered by the highly sophisticated emaGEN voicemail and unified messaging platform. Even though it is the introductory offering it is still a powerful voicemail product offering a wide range of features that are more commonly seen on much more expensive products.

It is an integrated product that is installed within the system and so benefits from total integration with the AdvanceIP offering a host of features to all users of the system.

Snapmail is programmed via a user friendly, Windows based, Voicemail Utility Program (VUP) or a regular DTMF telephone. With its voice mail, Auto Attendant and System/Administration features SnapMail offers the advantages of a PC based system, but at a much lower cost.

The solid state, flash memory, feature rich Snapmail card supports a wide range of Voice Messaging features, Auto Attendant features, multiple concurrent language capabilities, local and remote new message notifications and directory listing (Dial by Name).

The design of Snapmail is based on the latest technology, including flash memory and Digital Signal Processing (DSP).
