Never Miss a Message in or out of the Office

Increase Efficiency and Utilise the Integration

In addition to audible instructions, the LCD screens on Telrad Connegy's Avanti Keyphones display voicemail prompts and also a visual list of voicemail messages left - including time, date and caller ID (if available), making it easy to use for even the grumpiest of technophobes! Regularly used features can be set on keyphone programmable buttons for one touch easy access and therefore maximum efficiency.

Desktop or Remote Access - Password Protected!
You can dial into your mailbox from any extension on the systems, or from anywhere in the world 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can then retrieve messages, copy and send them to other mailboxes, alter your mailbox greetings and mailbox parameters - all by following easy, step by step prompts. You can even instruct your mailbox to phone you when a new message arrives - provide one or two possible destination numbers, such as home or mobile.

Copy/Transfer Messages
Messages can quickly and easily be copied or transferred into other mailboxes or groups of mailboxes. Complaints or congratulations can easily be shared, requests for assistance from colleagues can contain the original callers message (or recorded conversation), and so on. When you copy or transfer a message, you can add an annotation if you wish for that personal touch.

Record Calls - At the Touch of a Button!
There is always a time when it is convenient to be able to record a conversation - whether it is sensitive legal matters, order details or an address, or just verbal details you may wish to share with a colleague (remember that you can easily copy messages to other mailboxes). You can even record calls on a DECT mobile handset.

Automatic Copy - Never Let Your Customers Down
Unheard messages (except those tagged as private) can be automatically escalated to another mailbox - a colleague or superior perhaps - to ensure that an important customer is not left waiting for your response.

Interview Mailboxes
An unlimited amount of  interview mailboxes may be set up, each of which will ask a number of  questions to be answered in order by the caller. This is ideal for order lines, information/catalogue request lines, etc where specific details are needed. These answers can be distributed amongst a number of mailboxes to allow for a number of users to listen to them simultaneously.

Message Certification
If you leave a message in a colleague's mailbox, you may wish to request a certification that it has been received. If you do so, a message will be automatically placed in your mailbox (with time and date tag) as soon as your colleague has listened to the message.

Message Monitor and Intercept
Whilst at your desk you can monitor incoming voicemail messages via your Telrad keyphone, and even intercept them and take the call at your discretion.

Mailbox External Forwarding
When a caller dials into a mailbox which has a "Follow Me" number programmed, the system tries to place the call on the Follow Me number - perhaps a mobile or home number - but reverts to taking a message if that call is unsuccessful.

Future Delivery Messages
Authorised personnel may wish to set message for future delivery - examples could include the sales manager to remind the sales force the day before a meeting, or perhaps the safety officer to advise the office prior to a fire drill.
