Yes. The reporting facility allows both inbound and outbound traffic to be analysed. For example, you can prove when a call was received, who it was from, where it was transferred to and transferred from in your company.

The Callview Call Summary shows how many calls have not been answered or received an engaged tone. It "beeps" to alert the user. Lost calls can then be called back which automatically deletes the customers entry from the lost call list.
