If the caller's telephone number (CLI) is presented to the system, the call can be routed according to a predetermined scheme on the emaGEN Voicemail.

Up to sixteen digits can be specified in the routing plan so a customer's complete number may be entered to ensure that their calls are always directed to the person responsible for their particular account.

Alternatively you could, for example, route the calls by STD codes so that the calls are routed to a sales team responsible for that particular location.

Each mailbox can specify a CLI - this is ideal so if you are calling the emaGEN system from your mobile or home it will recognise it is you calling and route you straight into you mailbox to listen to messages.
