INVU - A leading light for accountants
Electronic document management software leader joins ICAEW Accredited IT Product Scheme

Invu - the leading provider of electronic document management (EDM) software for small and medium sized enterprises - has gained accreditation of its product v5.4 by the internationally respected Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW).
EDM is increasingly recognised as a way for firms to tackle the growing mountain of paperwork which they face day to day - cutting storage costs and retrieval time. As workload and the regulatory framework expands, the cost of archiving documents in old-fashioned filing cabinets in a dusty back room, or in a variety of electronic formats, the impact on customer service and business efficiency is significant.
Firms such as Macnair Mason and Haslers already use Invu's products to enable them to cut costs and increase the efficiency of storing, processing and retrieving the mass of information which they hold.
On receiving ICAEW accreditation, Invu's Director of Sales & Marketing, Jon Halestrap said; "We are delighted to have received approval to joining this scheme from such a highly respected organisation. Our potential new customers and ICAEW members will have peace of mind from knowing that the quality and efficiency of our products have been demonstrated to the highest standards following rigorous testing and will continue to come under regular examination"
Craig McLellan, from the ICAEW Accredited IT Product Scheme, welcomed Invu to the scheme, commenting; "Electronic Document Management can bring considerable benefits to our members and with more than 80 clients in the accountancy industry, Invu have impressed not only with the standard of their product but in the way they look to manage the particular needs of sector. We are looking forward to working with Invu."
